I am a huge fan of Thermos mugs.  I've been using this one for the past year and it has me drinking less soda and less coffee.  This particular one is well balanced and fits your hand.  I keep it filled with water mainly and it is always in my car and with me at my co-working space.  This mug doesn't sweat and keeps drinks cold or hot for others.  There is no substitute.  I have two.

FYI Here's the mic I use for podcasting.  It's a great mid entry  level mic that sounds great.  If you're just getting started it's your go to. Comes with the mic clip, mini stand and cables.  Pop filter not included.   Audio Technica ATR 2100. and and cables.  Pop filter not included.   Audio Technica ATR 2100.

Gotta have a pop filter too to cut down on plosives.  Worth the investment of a couple dollars.
